The story of this job begins with our client calling us to inform us that they were doing an internet search to find a body shop in Austin that could do body repairs and graphics for their box truck and that’s how they found us. We told them that we would be a perfect match for their needs and they brought their box truck to our location for a free estimate for the box truck repairs and also met with our team at Austin Extreme Graphics to obtain a free quote for graphics for the box truck.
With our client and their box truck here, we did a physical inspection of the truck and then provided an estimate for the repairs and a quote for the graphics. Shortly after, we followed up with our client and answered any questions they had with the estimated and then they informed us that they wanted to proceed forward with both companies.
We then scheduled our client to drop off the box truck for the needed repairs, paint, and graphics. First, repairs were made to the roof, then we painted the truck as the original paint had become oxidized, which occurs naturally over time due to sun exposure and age of paint. Lastly, Austin Extreme Graphics applied the graphics that they had created with the client while Central Texas Collision Services was working on the box truck repairs.
